What you can earn.

100% commission-based. Your ceiling is yours to set.

New Agent (Year 1)$40K – $80K
Producing Agent (Year 2+)$80K – $150K
Team Leader / Manager$150K – $300K
Agency Director$300K+
100% commission, 1099 independent contractor. Income depends on individual performance. Results are not guaranteed — but neither is your ceiling. We paid out $3.8M in commissions in 2024.
